Payments take forever to process, typically 3 to 5 business days if not 1 to 3. But lately for me has been up to 5 to 7 business days. Weekends they do not process anything. However, Landlords are uncertain of when they receive payment. I think that its a good app to help you catch up but really not a great app for speedy payments especially if landlord does not like to wait. What I think is ridiculous, is that they charge a fee but then they dont give you the option to make SPEEDY PAYMENTS.

Hi Elijah - We understand the payment speed is frustrating. ACH processing currently takes 3-5 business days, which is standard for bank transfers. However, we're actively working on 1-2 business day settlement speeds for renters who pay landlord direct. Renters who pay through the portal see their payments appear instantly.

do not try this service. the app said I was all set and I hadn't ever made my portion of the 1st payment then checked my rental portal to see a brand new balance and a late fee because they didn't process the payment. on top of the service not working I was unable to pay with the portal so I had to go out and do money order and pay my rent . absolutely the worst customer service I've ever received as well. highly don't recommend

Hi Taylor - If the app showed you were set up but the payment didn't process, causing a late fee and forcing you to pay via money order, that's completely unacceptable. Our head of support will be reaching out to you to resolve this issue.

Reviews seem to be mostly good but I can't say I had the same experience. I created the account with no issue but got stuck in an endless loop of signing in. Enter email, enter password, enter confirmation code sent via text, spin, spin, spin, spin, enter email, enter password, enter confirmation code, spin, spin, spin, spin. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling twice too just to end up getting the same result. Maybe it's a great thing, maybe it's not. I for one can't say one way or the other.
