After I switched from Libra SIM to Red Bull SIM, I am not receiving bank OTP or Absher OTP. I switched last February 19th. Despite complaining several times, they have not responded to my complaints. I haven't been able to resolve my issue. When I go to their customer care office, the office is always closed. I'm stuck with this simport and will at least get my issue resolved.

the most worst service i have ever seen, and importantly, the app is very useless, no update, no changes allowed in my account, not proceeding top-up, the most useless app.

Worst service in Saudi, good offers and scheme, but if somethimg you want from the provider, you cnot find anyone to help you. Whole day the technical error, so nothing will grand you to next stage. If loss is loss. Even i request for e sim they take miney but disnt issue. So i loose my sim card.loss money. 2 times same issue fir mt teo numbers. Rhen i stip usi g redbull
