Very disappointing customer experience. I was charged ā¬149.90 for an automatic annual renewal and only found out after the payment had already been taken. The company says they sent a reminder email, but it was in the spam folder, so in practice I was not properly informed. What is frustrating is that marketing emails seem to reach the inbox without any problem, but when it comes to an important renewal charge, the communication is suddenly āsentā in a way that is easy to miss.

I recently started using Scoolinary to gain knowledge about the culinary world. It has been a very enjoyable experience and the comunity is very helpfull!! Having it accesable as an app on the phone is very useful and I use it a lot as it's quite simple to use, though, there are some improvements that could be made :)
