• Manage your accounts and loans in a single, streamlined application
• Get push notifications for account balances, transactions, and more
• Enroll in Bill Pay to see your eBills and make payments
• Add other members’ accounts or your own accounts at other institutions to send money
• Schedule one-time or recurring transfers
• Deposit checks from anywhere
• Apply for loans, credit cards, or open an account
• Freeze/Unfreeze your credit and debit cards to temporarily lock them yourself

Bill Pay needs work. Too many clicks to get to the screen where you can pay a bill, you always have to select a date rather than defaulting to first available, and the confirmation number is not displayed so i need to log into the web portal if i want to note that in an invoice. Other than that, the app works fine for checking balances, depositing checks, and transferring money between accounts.

10/2021 Newest version is usable. Still somewhat clunky, but you can basically do most things you can do online. And do somethings you can't online. And somethings you have to contact staff and have them do (standard stuff, that should be "baked into" both app and online). Still better than the old app. Should add that I think Wecu in general is 5*, just the tech that's šŸ™„.

Your app doesn't support my bank so I'm stuck paying an extra 13 dollars a month on my loan just because I have to call. I know how to connect a bank account. Your app refuses my account every time and then your receptionists charge a 13 dollar fee on top of the 8 dollar online payment fee. Your phone menu is the worst I have ever experienced and paying my bill has become an absolute nightmare.

We're happy to let you know that we have a few different payment options that are free, one of which is linking an outside account in your online banking so that you can pay electronically every month! Please feel free to give us a call and we will gladly walk you through that process.
