bad service I tried creating an account on the Mashreq Pakistan app multiple times using 2–3 different numbers, but it didn’t work. Every attempt shows the same error: “Something seems to have gone wrong. This could be due to reasons out of our or your control.” It’s frustrating because the app doesn’t allow me to complete the registration, and there’s no guidance on how to fix it. Needs urgent attention and better troubleshooting support.

I think it as a best digital banking system in Pakistan, that offers free-of-cost Mastercard,free money transfers& best thing is fee-free withdrawals all-over the Pakistan,no hidden-charges.But i would like to request that it should have more smooth experience, because there's so much lag,also it always requires location permission while opening, which I think should be once in a day not every time.Overall,It is the most reliable and Shariah-Compliant digital bank rather than traditional banks.

Verybad experience Everytime when i try to register process continues but in the end they said unsuccessful registration. very annoying. I made a mistake to open Mashreq bank account, even after a lot of trying the account is not registered yet. I also do a complaint on website but all in vein. A lot of trying always results in registration unsuccessful. Very bad app where you cannot make a complaint or contact with the team without registration. What a person do if registration itself is issue.
