Awful, first of all you (Sheffield) as a financial institution should be ashamed of yourselves to even be associated with a platform as cheap and low budget as this. Payment options only give you the option to make a payment for the amount due each month and only a scheduled payment for the day it is due. You can not pay more. You can not make more than one payment a month. You can not set up recurring payments. I would give this app 0 stars if possible.

Worst app I have ever used!!! You would think getting a loan for thousands of dollars they would at least take the time to have a decent app. You can never sign in to make a payment, and I am constantly getting locked out and forced to change password. IF I can get in, it never retains my payment info, nor tells me how much I owe. This app is a joke!

App is literally just a web browser, there are ads for the app inside the app which is a telltale sign. Never saves payment info (have to manually input my card each month). Currently unable to pay at all due to an error on both web and app, and there's no way to view the status of the loan, change payment amount, and there's no documents associated with my loan viewable. It's just a pit that I toss cash into and maybe one day it'll go away? No way to tell without getting on the phone. Great job
