Stupid app I have tried multiple ways to "redeem" my rewards but no matter what option I choose it doesn't add to checkout. The app claims that you get a free a la carte favorite , original or plain slim for registering but no matter what I put it's not free. Why have a rewards app if the rewards don't work. I also got a new reward for a free side but it's the same thing I'm getting charged and I know I'm not doing it wrong I've been looking this over it feels like I'm working on a puzzle.

Jimmy's used to be good. Not so much anymore. Just got 5 sandwiches and it was $80. That's just too much. The rewards program is effectively useless - either they don't apply the purchase to your account or the points expire too fast or whatever else. I've spent probably $1500 there in a year and got a cookie. yippee frickin doo. And now about half the time I go in they get the order wrong or can't figure out how to put my order in because the menu changed or whatever. The app doesn't help.

This app is still garbage. if it's not one thing, it's another. worst delivery tracking in the industry. frequently broken (right now if you try to order a gyro and make it a combo it doesn't let you until you "pick a sandwich" which isn't possible), and some of the menu and navigation features are unintuitively placed. oh and it's pretty unoptimized. load times are pretty abysmal even on flagship devices.
