This app offers a good variety of meditations from which to choose. Good for beginners as well. **I have one serious problem with the "Wash away your pain" meditation. At the end it says to go ahead and lift that heavy object that you were told not to lift. That is INSANE! There are physical reasons not to lift heavy objects such as osteoporosis or other actual physical injuries. It could cause a worsening of a problem or permanent injury. Please re-record without that comment or delete it.

I've been using this app for years, and I really like it. It's great for being free. Something that had been striking to me was how varied the voices were and how different they all sounded. The meditations sounded like quality ones, and it was great. However, it seems like at least one of the newest meditations is voiced by AI. This is very disappointing. The concept of the meditation is great, but the AI voice is very robotic sounding and jarring. It's not conducive to relaxation at all.

Koda, thank you for your long-term support and your feedback. We want to assure you that all of our meditations are voiced by human guides – no AI is used. We value the human touch and its subtle nuances. However, your feedback is invaluable, and we'll review the meditations to ensure the standards our users deserve.

Great app. Some tracks are better than others. Personally, I like that most of them are guided. The app is simple and easy to use - and best of all its all free. Including free from annoying pop ups or other distractions that are usually built into free apps. The only reason I took off a star is because of recording quality. Im not sure many would notice, just with my line of work I can tell they could be better.
