Excellent experience with Le Pass. The app works great and has a built-in GPS. We visited NOLA for Mardis Gras season and had never been there before. Just type in where you want to go and it gives walking directions to the nearest station and tells what line to take, for how many stops, and when to get off. Then, more walking instructions to your destination. And, it is cheap. I suggest the 3-day pass to save more.

only use if they're the only option outside rideshare. the app isn't reliable, the drivers have attitudes , the bus may or may not come on time, if it comes at all. several times the bus just didn't show up and they didn't have an answer. they suggest you leave a complaint but they don't answer those either. they really treat it like they don't care because what else you gonna do if you don't have a car. it's high time another option becomes available.

Only good for purchasing tickets. Nothing else. The location tracker barely works so you can't even plan when you should be at the bus stop, which defeats the main point of the app which is so that people don't have to get stuck in the rain or cold waiting for the bus. The buses are rarely on time (if they even bother showing up) so you constantly miss transfers. The schedule is constantly wrong, you are literally better off looking up bus routes on google maps. NOLA incompetency as a app
