Every single flight I've had over the last two years has been rescheduled or canceled which is caused a huge inconvenience. I have been a loyal customer and even had gold status at one point. i had to sit with them for over an hour and a half on the phone.The other day because they want to charge me a $99 change fee for a flight they rescheduled on me!!! i was lucky to get a credit for the flight after an hour and a half and tears. I'm so angry and disappointed with this airline right now.

"Please wait" is the only thing you'll see when trying to get your boarding pass. It's. Slow. As. F. It also gave a weird error when trying to check in with confusing verbiage, and the closest I can get to making sense of it was that I owed them money? I had to check in on the web site and then let it hit their servers for about 30 minutes for it to show my boarding passes on this app.

App crashes and needs to be reloaded every time the screen locks or you switch back to it from a different app. I have no issue with them as an airline - the prices are great. But their IT systems seem subpar. Also, if my flight is associated with my frequent flyer number, and I'm logged into my account, why do I need to manually add the flight?
