App was unable to connect to my appointment correctly. On a fiber Wi-Fi connection, 3 feet from signal, and internet working fine on my home computers connected same way. It was frustrating not being able to meet with the doctor and get the help I need. It was also very frustrating not knowing what's next. Were they going to call me back, were they going to reschedule, what is the expected time frame, etc... I do not recommend this app, for now. Maybe I'll come back and update this later.

The service from the medical providers has been great. This comment pertains to the app itself. Since the last update, I have not been able to book an appointment. I can go through the entire process but the final button remains gray. Update: under "chats" you can click "help" and ultimately get to a spot to report your technical issue. I did this and within about ten minutes (workday and work hours) I received a reply. Someone was able to book the appt for me. It's a decent temp fix.

the app sucks. theres no feature to search available appointments only for your PCP. and if you click on the wrong category say followup, your doctor may not have availabilities for this type but is available for other types like annual wellness or standard appointment. I had to go back to select another category so many times. ALSO, WHEN I SET AN APPOINTMENT FOR A LAB TECH (BLOOD DRAW), THERE EAS A MESSAGE THAT POPPED UP TELLING ME THAT THE LAB TECH WILL NOW BE MY PCP. LOL. VERY CONFUSING.
