The app is the worst food delivery app in UAE, keeps crashing, can't even track your order properly. When you try to chat with support it keeps looping the please wait message. when you finally get an agent it they will end chat. Don't waste your time ordering from here. They don't even have half the restaurants you know. Its mostly ghost/cloud kitchen restaurants.

Very bad experience. I ordered food and paid the full amount. The app estimated delivery within 1 hour, but after more than 4 hours, no driver was even assigned to pick up the order. There is no proper customer support — no phone number, and the live chat does not respond at all. I was unable to cancel the order or get any update. This is completely unacceptable. I expect a full refund I do not recommend using this app.

this is by far the worst app for ordering grocery! I ordered food and waited almost 6 hours (as per the delivery slot) + 2 hours more and didn't get my delivery. when I checked the app, it said no order! when I contacted the customer service, they informed me that my order was cancelled as I didn't respond. Although I had been sitting with the phone the whole time, and there was no call, or notification!! really pathetic and untrustworthy app. shouldn't be used!
