I had a terrible experience with this SIM card. I paid and the amount was deducted from my account, but my balance never reflected it. I tried to contact customer care, and every time I was asked to enter the card serial number. I entered it correctly, yet the system immediately said my attempts were exceeded before I could even finish typing.I do not recommend using Five. If you face any issues, customer care is virtually unreachable. I lost my money for no reason. Run

I am having a really bad experience. I have recharged my SIM, but there is still no internet and no incoming calls. Only incoming messages are working. I contacted customer care, but there is still no solution. Update 1: Already tried that many times turning ON & OFF but still no use. Also filled the form mentioned waiting for this issue to be resolved asap.

I am experiencing very slow network speed, similar to 1G or 2G. Previously, when I used 2G on my old mobile, the speed was much better than what I am getting now. Currently, I am using five SIM cards, but the internet performance is still extremely poor. Please check the network in my area and resolve this issue as soon as possible.
