Really easy to use app. I love being able to order ahead. Easy to customize your drink with different ice levels, sweetness, and toppings. Welcome offer of $10 off $15 is awesome, as well as the four weeks of Bogo coupons they give you after your first purchase.

Points don't accrue accurately. Store won't allow use of accrued points. And the WORST, the devaluation of points in the transfer from the previous app. I have reported the business and this app to the State, turns out I'm not the only one dealing with their consumer fraud.

tried to see if a certain collab was just available at the store and the app showed the collab but not which stores had the items.
