Very good app, great food options that make it really easy to reach your goals. the workouts are also great, some tougher than others so good for beginners as well as advanced people. I've used this app in 2024 and in 2026 just had to go back to it especially with the new updates. would be nice if they would give you the option the search for a specific 'single' workout but they have them categorised so not bad.

Diet not versatile (same things on repeat). I use the app for workout mainly and would advise to pay attention to a couple of things - there are no instructions for proper technique, sometimes exercises are for one side of the body only (!) and the second side is missing. Sometimes also the description of excercises shown don't match the exercises you see on screen. Also, I noticed some cool down sessions are not targeting the muscle groups that the workout focused on.

It's a great application for everyday use. not much updates on diets (only few available) no 3 meal vegetarian option which I would like. no option to like trainings so you could get back to them later, no option to add your own different exercises and once you skip one training day from the application you are moved automatically to another day. still would buy again but few ideas are missing.
