I started using the Olive Garden app about 5 years ago with no trouble. Now, more often than not, I get to the end of my order and enter my payment information and hit "place order" only for the app to freeze or throw an error. It us very frustrating to then have to re-do the entire order via the website or by calling it in.

In the last month or so, the app has started glitching, and now it's to the point where I can't actually add anything to my cart. It has become completely useless. When I add something, a pop up tries to come from the bottom of the screen with pickup details, but nothing shows up. Before this started happening, when I made changes during the checkout process, the option to actually checkout disappeared, even though nothing was wrong. Please fix the app!! We order almost weekly.

I don't order here often, but when I do I usually use the app or the website. As others have stated, a pop-up from the bottom for ordering details is bugged and won't let you add to the cart. However, the website seems to have the same issue, so I think this is a larger problem than a bugs on the app. Happy to change my review when this is fixed as I found the app convenient and easy to navigate. Each time I've used it in the past it was a flawless experience from ordering to curbside pickup.
