The app started posting a "Let's keep your account secure. We'll help you set up another way to verify it's you" message at every login attempt this week. Then when I tapped the 'Next' button, it would proceed to say "Unknown error. Please contact your administrator" every single time and I can't log in/clock in at all. Fix this bug! I reset my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app...everything. It's been a week now.

First off I don't understand why it insists that you give it at least one star. It doesn't even deserve a 1/4 of a star. This app sucks. I have been kicked out for 4 days. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app quite a few times and I still can't use it. It keeps telling me my password is wrong so I reset it, then it tells me there is a system error. We need to go back to clocking in on the computer, it was less of a headache.

Truly an awful experience. Constant crashing, misinputs, getting locked out. Even looking at your own schedule is needlessly difficult because the load times are so long. And for some reason our payroll is tied to this garbage. But this review doesnt matter because we're required to use it. Nothing like requiring low income, minimum wage workers to pay for a smart phone to do their job.
