No seriously, this app sucks. If I wasn't forced to use this by the company, I wouldn't. It's absolute trash. It doesn't properly track runs, doesn't track tips, the GPS actively sabotages you, and the call feature? Hope you like your phone being eternally stuck dialing a number and then redialing it every time you hang up.

this app is extremely buggy. sometimes it works; a lot of times it doesn't. More than once I have had customers show me on their tracker that I had not left the store yet, meanwhile the app on my phone is telling me I'm at their door. sometimes it will glitch out mid shift and clear all the deliveries that I've made over the last 3 or 4 or 5 hours. also, more than once, the app has told me that I've already delivered the order that I'm on my way to deliver. so, I'm trying to get directions...

I use it for work. I hate it. the app crashes a lot. anytime I go to another app I have to close out the delivery app and reopen it just to see my deliveries because they disappear when I leave the app. and I have to leave the app to use the map. The call feature barely works and I don't like having to give my location when I'm not at work. it doesn't always track my tips or mileage correctly either.
