If the game crashes, which it frequently does, it doesn't save where you were in battle. I had a phone call that lasted less than a minute and the game said it couldn't reach the network then restarted. I was on a final boss and I lost all progress. this had happened several times and the game isn't worth the frustration. save our progress so we can pick back up where we left off.

The Arena is one of the worst implemented PVP modes I've seen, purely because it's all luck. There's also WAY too many in app purchases and notifications for available ads is extremely obnoxious considering the amount of them. That said, the game play is unique, but feels very same-y. Some characters are really well designed and then most aren't. It's fun for a bit, but don't waste your money on it.

The gameplay loop itself is entertaining, but the microtransactions and gacha rates make the game unenjoyable. The best you can expect as a F2P player is being average at the game, and that's only if you invest several hours a day, every single day, in the game. As someone who was doing that for over 40 days straight, I couldn't even break into the top 100 players on my server. Meanwhile, the top 10 had fully maxed heroes and were easily 100x stronger than me. Not very balanced.
