Not too bad of a concept for gameplay, but execution couldn't be worst. Even at chapter 2 (with chapter 1 basically being the tutorial chapter), enemies become too tanky for the resources and starting equipment you're given. Fun, clever, predatory I really love the core of this game. A match puzzle battler where different monsters have different synergies and you also have to manage the placement of your units within the puzzle. Please God just let me turn off "hints" - this game is fun but after literally 5 seconds something will start bouncing wanting you to move it. It barely lets me play the game, it wants to play it for me so badly. There should be an option to switch it off. Besides that it's easy enough to ignore the pay-to-win events and still level at a reasonable pace. Cute graphics. Just super annoying to have immediate, persistent hints on what's basically a child-level matching game.
