This app used to be great but malfunctions everytime I use it. If it allows me to connect, it will only let me control the PC maybe 25% of the time. I have to use my computer now to connect.

Remote control no longer works. You're able to start a remote session but keyboard and mouse control does not work.

Logmein (Now "goto resolve") is a long standing contender in the remote access/support game, and for good reason. The user interfaces are Lean and direct. The regularly expected tools are available andneasy to use. And they are always testing and developing new functionality to make any IT team's job significantly easier. They hold true to this recipe in this product.
