After 7 years of good service and support, I needed support to fix an issue with my phone which is what I use to control my sonos/alexa/Amazon songs with. It always showed name of song artist and ability to skip forward or backwards in choosing a song to hear. That all went away so I called sonos support. Spent about an hour trying this that and the other till I couldn't spend anymore time trying in vain to rectify the problem. I'll have to try again when I have more time.

I couldn't access my Amazon prime video account and was given a number to call. They told me to download this app and enter personal information in it. They failed to get what they wanted from me. They then asked me to download "Zelle" and still didn't get what they wanted. Then they wanted me to purchase a $500 Amazon gift card from the nearest store so I could get my prime account back. (SCAM) Avoid this at all cost.

Received a call from "Amazon agent" about fraudulent purchase and to download this app. It wouldn't open fully and she spoke so quickly I begged her to slow down until l was yelling at her until she finally disconnected. I called Amazon they said they NEVER USE THIS OR ANY APP that this was a fraud! Businesses call claiming to be someone else, ask you to download THIS APP... I didn't get information typed out though they did have temporary phone access. Closed Amazon account immediately!
