This app is terrible. I have had this for over a year and it use to work just fine until a few months ago it started giving me a "server error" and now I can never log in. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting my phone and nothing ever works. And then when I try to log in through the mobile site, it says to use the app!!! I pay enough for health insurance, I should actually be able to review my claims and coverage.

This app is equally as good as the insurance is. I wish my company would change back to our previous provider. I've had nothing but issues with this app and is not usable. I can't login, all I get is server error. Over a year later and still can't log on to app. I have no way of checking statements since they don't send anything in the mail. I doesn't seem that they are paying anything towards my doctor visits or medication. Everything about this company is a red flag. Just one big scam.

downloaded app to find care and prices. Find care and prices feature unavailable after the 20 minute process of creating a profile. I hope whoever designed this app loses every password to every account you have. I hope it takes 7 business days to change them. Then i hope it tells you that you can't use previous password.
