The app is slow and doesn't list all the machines in the laundry room of my building. I have preloaded money in the app but can't use it for some reason. I will not work unless I uninstall it and reinstall so I can log in fresh. stop searching for machines when we open the app and make us sign in every time we open the app that refreshes the app making it work properly. How come those of us using the app can figure out what is wrong yet the company doesn't care to fix the app.

This is one of the worst apps I've ever been forced to use. Whoever programmed this app needs to go back into the code and fix the bugs. This app only works sufficiently with apple products, and is nearly useless for Android/Samsung users. It takes at least 3 tries to connect to a machine, all while claiming there is no Internet or no Bluetooth connection. If I wasn't forced to use this app within my apartment complex, I absolutely would NOT use it.

Barley functions on a consistent basis, forgets to charge my wallet for multiple days at a time, absolutely cannot keep a consistent Bluetooth connection, takes forever to load, and the minimum amount of money you can load onto it is 10 entire dollars that's insane. not to mention you can't top off the machines more than .25 cents at a time so God forbid you want to add more than 5 minutes of drying time because the app simply refuses to function consistently when connecting to anything ever.
