unable to access the cart. app goes blank and freezes have to close and open to navigate the app again. of i try clocking ok the app icon again, the process has to be reported. also when the cart does open, editing the cart takes about 30 minutes to an hour because its so slow and lacks the feature of being able to select items to delete/ checkout with

Five items were purchased online and subsequently returned. However, the refund was issued for only four items, and the amount for the fifth item has not yet been refunded. I have contacted customer service more than four times regarding this issue. Each time, I was promised that the remaining amount would be refunded, but unfortunately, this has not been completed to date, despite more than one month having passed since the return.

I placed an order for a perfume two months ago, and it has still not been delivered. I have followed up multiple times with customer service, but I keep receiving excuses and delays without any clear delivery date. This level of service is extremely disappointing and unprofessional
