I have installed this app so many times but it does not open. Is this how your rewards app work. cant login and online support says email details when I cant open the app where I can get the details. worst app ever never opened only

I am very disappointed with the ongoing issue regarding missing Shukran points for my online orders. Despite reaching out via email and phone, the team doesn’t seem to understand the technical problem, and I keep getting the same frustrating automated emails saying the ticket is resolved when nothing has changed. ​Shopping in-store is much better and points are guaranteed, but the online experience is very frustrating because of these automated responses.
