The most frustrating app I have ever dealt with. First, updates are rare, last was Feb of this year. 2nd. Subs. No way to view just takes you to the play store. Linking does nothing and you shouldn't need to do this anyways. No way in app to do anything. Since the publisher has blocked any way to get the epaper from any other source, you are forced to use this nonsense. Not worth it.

I cannot even log in to see how terrible the app is... via PC or browser on mobile device or tablet I am able to access the digital content without issue. however when trying to use the app, my username and password are not recognized. I have called the paper twice, I have reset my password at least 4 times.. still no change, and non-issue at all when I use a browser. Support staff said they think maybe my phone is not up to date.. it's up to date. Worthless and yet I am paying for it!?

Much better app now. I had refrained from updating because I didn't want the e-paper on my S23+. I finally updated on 3/19/23 and it seems much better. You can choose your reading preference, either the e-paper or the news feed, which I prefer. That version added something missing in the old version, the ability to navigate by sections, such as news, sports. Finally I tested the search function, which used to be worthless. I searched a name and it came up in the news feed and in the e-paper!
