Signed up for the program for free through my work. It was for pelvic health and exercises. Getting signed up was easy enough. Got my kit in a timely manner and started right away. The pod has had bad movement tracking most of the time using it. I'll be "relaxing" and it doesn't show as such. And vice versa. I feel like I need to hold my breath and really try to get the correct response from the pod. The sessions can make me pretty tired because of that.

Tech is frustratingly poor. Tablet doesn't function as it should. You have to forget the network every single time you need to use the tablet and then reconnect to the network. And, it's not as straightforward as it sounds. It sometimes takes an average 25 minutes to finally get it connected and working just to complete a 7 minute session. Also, it doesn't matter how much light, or no light, you have, the dumb thing always says, "it's too dark but we'll try" Ridiculous . Not worth the hassle.

ABSOLUTELY USELESS for wrist and hand movement tracking (even with their cheap tablet). Many exercises also had programming bugs that were extremely frustrating. I have better technology in my basement that is over a decade old. I also found the overall approach extremely irresponsible given the impact that these things can have on someone's life.
