I really want to give this a five-star review but the app unnecessarily and unfairly charges you a service fee and a processing fee to pay rent or anything using the app if you're lucky it is as low as $20 but a lot of the time it is closer to 40 or as high as $60 for using the app to pay for anything. I don't understand why it's so high or why the service fee or processing fee even exists in the first place All I know it is very painful to use this app.

I like the app but I'm not able to see the property board posts. there's not a section anywhere where I can see them. I get the notification but when the app opens, they are nowhere. I thought it was because of the type of phone I have but I can't even see it on my computer either. it's frustrating.
