JUNK!! It's worked for the past 7 months with no issue, BUT suddenly yesterday it stopped functioning properly. The time changed and was over 6 hours wrong, the date changed to 2021, and now it won't recognize the wifi. I've tried every fix that I could find with no positive result. So, I sent an email to the listed support email address, and that got bounced back. A device that won't work and no tech/customer support. This sucks.

This app is terrible. It connects to the frame easily but that's is the end of it When accessing the gallery to select photos, I find it incomplete. Only a small portion of my photos are available for selection. Then they never appear on the frame except for the first person to add photos and only their initial selection. Sorry if that is confusing but that is how well this app works. Those that used the Apple version had no problems. Every Android user had no success.

Don't buy a frame that uses this app. What a nightmare. Difficult to set up, zero ability to manage the frame. ALL managing needs to happen on the frame. Not helpful when the frame is for 90+ yr old grandparents. The app doesn't open 90% of the time. I reached out for support and my email was returned as undeliverable. Nice. Buyer beware. Make a different choice!! Wish we had.
