Like many others. there seems to be a problem collecting data from a tracking device that is connected. Have had several days were Active Minutes are not being updated which means points are not being awarded. I've restarted the device, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, nothing works. Have had points show and then disappear but most of the time it's no points at all.

The system only allows for steps from 1 tracker to be counted. So if you're like me and you have 1 tracker for workouts (easy to clean when sweaty) and 1 for daily wear (cute but still functional), it'll only use your data from the lower one so you won't actually get rewards from your insurance. But don't worry, they'll still have all of your data. They just won't pay you for it.

It would be so nice if an app that was supposed to keep a record of steps would actually recognize steps taken on one of its OWN devices. I'm not using a third-party unit. Yes, I've gone through ALL the necessary steps. And, yes, customer service has issued numerous "tickets" about this very issue. It's sad. Very sad. (Feb 2 update - 4 days without a response to a support request ticket).
