I don't usually rate or comment on apps I use. However, as a former Product Manager for mobile apps, I find this app to be very basic with limited functionality and an unintuitive UI. At this moment, it does not reflect the correct status of the device, it isn't allowing Bluetooth to be turned off, and it won't refresh. I hope there are some enhancements in your near-term backlog.

After initial issues and learning how to correctly use the hearing aids and the app it is much better than at first. I've found that it sometimes is better to use the aids without the app. The app takes ⁰over phone calls. You hear through your hearing aids only, not your phone and I can not hear the person calling. The technical issue or failure of one of the aids was swiftly taken care at no cost to me.

I've used the TH app for almost two years. Most of that time it worked as expected. in recent months, something changed (Android 16 updates?) and now it crashes on startup almost every time, multiple times, even after yesterday's update. I get in eventually on the 5th or 8th or so attempt, but frustrating when I need a mode change or adjustment and it takes 10min.
