Requires the hearing aids running at least firmware version 25.5.972.3.

App displays in an Asian language and no way to change the language to English, so the app is unusable for me. My Android version is the latest official release for Google Pixel devices and isn't a beta version. I'm in Canada and my phone is set to English (Canada). This issue is apparently only an issue with Pixel devices and I'll update the review once the new version is out. I do appreciate the developer's prompt responses and future resolution.

Hi Colin, thank you for your help! The root cause could be identified (the behavior only seems to occur on Pixel phones). The issue will be fixed in the next app version.

🇨🇦 I'd like to read what I'm reading but I can because the words are in a different language. I have no idea what I'm reading!!!! so if this doesn't change I'm deleting the app. please fix it so it's in different languages for other users from around the world!!!

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. This behavior only seems to occur on Pixel phones. The issue has been identified and will be fixed in the next app version.

tried to update my hearing aids 3 times. Update gets to 95% and stops. I got back into app and it says I still have the update to do. Reinstalled app and same thing happens
