There's no option to hide unavailable items, so you have to scroll through 100+ items you can't buy in the weekly ads to see what the ads are for. It's very laggy so it takes forever. The option to schedule delivery before you check out doesn't work. App is also randomly showing expired coupons that show errors when you click on them, but it doesn't remove the coupon. There's no reason a company that makes this much money should have such a difficult-to-use app.

There is no practical reason nor value in an app that limits you to 250 clipped items. Whoever the Product Manager or Owner is needs to have an evaluation of their job performance. You are telling your customer-base that consuming more time with this impractical app is more important than actually shopping. Albertsons, who owns Jewel-Osco, although is a terrible company at the very least, you are able to clip every item instead of wasting time searching. Another example of wasted digital space.

Kroger pay is awesome & I like the coupon feature. What aggravates me is writing my grocery list. Most of the time, I add an item just for it to show up as "Item not available" on the list. It almost always takes more than 2 tries to successfully add an item to the list. It shouldn't take 20 minutes to add a few items!
