My doctor said I need to improve my balance because I almost fell twice last winter. I'm 62 and never done tai chi before. The movements are gentle and easy to follow, no pressure to my knees. I do about 10 mins every morning before breakfast and I feel much steadier on my feet and my shoulder doesn't feel as tight. I even recommend it to my friends who have arthritis. Very good apps for beginners who want to stay active but can't do hard exercise.
