So far it's great after a couple days. so easy to use, in the exercises are very easy and flowing, yet my muscles can feel the effects of more movement. From what I can see it's not as expensive as some of the others, so I may be able to actually keep and use it. I hate exercise, seriously, but this doesn't feel like " have to do exercise ". So easy and feels just like doing some deep breathing.

The complimentary workout was invigorating. However, the initial advertisement does not indicate that this is a subscription based application. Being designed for seniors one would think there would be a free /ad based option(s) offered. I will be deleting the application but the workout was very user friendly, easy to follow, and time effective if you have a busy schedule.

I hate to exercise. I would have taken another math class in high school if it would have gotten me out of PE! But this app is great! 7 minute sessions that you can retake any time. Clear instructions both verbal & demonstrated.
