Am I on dial up? This app is beyond slow. The cart clears out and says there's nothing in it, when there, in fact, is. Loading each item takes 15-45 seconds or longer. It's painful. They want me to call them up to iron out issues for their app. I'd rather mow the lawn at mid day with no sunscreen on the hottest day of the year. Their CSA's are the least helpful people I've ever dealt with aside from Comcast. Just made a decent app that doesn't reload after every screen and that actually works.

Possibly the worst app ever. The app frequently crashes and I have to login again. The 'my list' function is worthless. I add items to my list and they don't show up on the list. If they do make it to the list, only the name of the product shows up. It doesn't tell me if I have clipped the coupon. It doesn't give me a price or description (it used to). I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, cleared the cache, etc. Frustrating.

They have improved their app since my last review. The substitutions are now much better than they were before. Scanning items and digital coupons in the store can sometimes be frustrating. Sometimes when I scan something it does nothing or returns to the main screen instead of popping up an error such as the deal is not valid or has expired or it couldn't be found in the database and to ask someone for help. better error reporting would be good.
